I spend my 5-th year with New Work. A lot has changed during that time. I started as part of Operations Team being responsible for daily operations of New Work Wilanów Business Center. This experience is invaluable now when I’m in charge of sales in two cities Warsaw and Łódź, offering custom solutions for office space in 5 business centers. I enjoy being part of the team and it’s wonderful that my efforts are recognized – I am a proud winner of Best Sales Annual Awards more times in recent years. New Work is all about people – we support each other and don’t count days – we make the days count.

I am blessed with finding this amazing workplace at this early age. Even working thousands of kilometres away from my colleagues I can always feel their support and smile. All the positive energy and kind hearted people – the most precious and rarely find these days. I am looking forward to the new challenges, growing and learning along the way. The best is yet to come.

I joined the company almost 3 years ago and it has been a great journey so far. I love the atmosphere and the smiling people I work with – I have more to do with them than just work. We can cooperate with each other, but also have fun. We make a wonderful Team!

I started my career with New Work in 2018 as a Receptionist. I climbed my way up to being Country Operations Manager responsible for all onsite operations as well as managing Customer Care department. The company has given me an amazing opportunity for personal and professional growth.
