We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines operational excellence with a commercial mindset. This role connects day-to-day center operations, people leadership and handling incoming sales leads for our flexible office solutions.

What will you do as Team Leader?

Operations & Team Leadership

• Lead, coach and develop Customer Care and Maintenance teams
• Ensure top-class operational standards across our centers
• Take care of NPS, audits, cost control and operational efficiency
• Support new center openings
• Work closely with the Head of Operations and HQ team

Sales & Client Management

• Handle incoming leads for flexible office solutions
• Prepare tailored offers and support negotiations
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships
• Work with CRM and basic sales reporting
• Manage key client relationships end-to-end

What we’re looking for

• Experience in operations management, hospitality, flex offices or real estate
• Proven people leadership skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and a hands-on attitude
• Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must
• Comfort working in a fast-growing, changing environment
