We’re looking for a hands-on leader who combines operational excellence with a commercial mindset. This role connects day-to-day center operations, people leadership and handling incoming sales leads for our flexible office solutions.
What will you do as Team Leader?
Operations & Team Leadership
- Lead, coach and develop Customer Care and Maintenance teams
- Ensure top-class operational standards across our centers
- Take care of NPS, audits, cost control and operational efficiency
- Support new center openings
- Work closely with the Head of Operations and HQ team
Sales & Client Management
- Handle incoming leads for flexible office solutions
- Prepare tailored offers and support negotiations
- Build and maintain strong broker relationships
- Work with CRM and basic sales reporting
- Manage key client relationships end-to-end
What we’re looking for
- Experience in operations management, hospitality, flex offices or real estate
- Proven people leadership skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and a hands-on attitude
- Fluency in Hungarian and English is a must
- Comfort working in a fast-growing, changing environment
