We’re growing! As we expand, we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Warsaw. If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, closing deals efficiently, and working in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!
What you’ll do:
- Quickly respond to incoming leads and convert them into signed agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and proactive outreach
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored office solutions
- Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals efficiently
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brokers to ensure a steady flow of referrals
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clients receive exceptional service from inquiry to move-in
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored office solutions
- Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities to optimize strategies
- Proactively seek ways to increase occupancy and revenue through creative sales approaches
What we’re looking for:
✔ Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in real estate or related industries
✔ Ability to handle incoming leads efficiently while actively sourcing new business
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
✔ Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
✔ Highly organized, able to manage multiple opportunities at once
✔ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
✔ Fluency in Polish and a good command of English
