We’re on the lookout for a Budapest-based Sales Manager. Join our Sales Team and make a turning point in your career. Work in an international environment with creative, cheerful, and supportive people.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

 

New Client Acquisition (Active Sales):

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active sales efforts, including networking, and targeted outreach
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs and challenges
  • Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations to communicate the value proposition of our flexible office solutions effectively
  • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals to acquire new clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals

 

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor key account and sales performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to internal stakeholders
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales strategies and processes

 

Client Relationship Management:

  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand each client’s unique needs, priorities, and challenges, and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure their satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences and drive business growth for key clients

 

What do you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience in active B2B sales preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with key stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suit
  • Fluency in Hungarian and English – is a must
