Saltmine is a SaaS start-up disrupting the $300B workspace design-build market. Our platform gives customers an in-depth understanding of the return on investment in their global real estate portfolios. We work with some of the world’s most prominent and significant enterprises.

• What is the style of work in Saltmine company? (Hybrid and remote mixed)

We are currently located in Singapore, USA, Vietnam, India, and Hungary. We’ve adopted a hybrid approach to work at Saltmine globally.

• What are the key areas in which Saltmine offers solutions for the market?

Saltmine is the digital platform for enterprise businesses and real estate teams to plan seamlessly, design, and optimize their workplace–all in a timely fashion.

Our highly collaborative, cloud-based platform allows teams to rapidly test fit workplace scenarios, streamline the design process, create immersive visualizations, and automate manual project steps.

Saltmine allows data-driven planning and helps designers and strategists maximize the potential of a space, as well as pre-load respective corporate design guidelines and space standards by capturing, centralizing, and analyzing data workplace ratios and metrics.

• How our New Work serviced offices are supporting this kind of workflow?

New Work’s serviced offices helped us start our office in Budapest. Since we didn’t need to worry about usual office management issues (signing a cleaning company, calling a maintenance specialist in case of something malfunctions, setting up a secure network, renting a coffee machine, etc.).

• What’s the most significant benefit of choosing New Work?

The most significant benefit is that New Work provides private office space for renting ‘on demand’. As a growing start-up, it’s hard to estimate the number of employees we’ll have in 1-2 years, so flexibility was a significant factor in our decision.
