What you’ll do:
The purpose of customer care is to provide an excellent customer experience to all clients and guests visiting our business centres.
Daily tasks and duties will also include:
Ongoing customer service at one of New Work’s business centers in Budapest (via email, phone, and in person)
Reception support
Taking care of the office’s aesthetics and efficient functioning
Active participation in office space handover and return processes
Presenting office space to potential clients
Monitoring inventory levels and managing office supplies
Contact with suppliers, building and maintaining positive relationships, and placing orders
Preparing statistics and reports for reporting purposes
Preparing annexes to contracts, especially for virtual offices or conference room rentals
Ensuring efficient information flow between different departments of the company
Daily management of the NW application and database (ensuring data updates)
Participation in team projects
